Friday, yay! Week four is in the books! We had a presentation in our LE image class covering our agency’s social media websites and critique of it. Felt like I did alright on it. The next class was our Essentials for Leadership class. It was great. We ended the day with the PT class, pushing up the start time to 11:30am, and skipping lunch. It was pretty hot out today, but again, it was like Hawaii weather. Had a nice breeze too. We ran half of the track and did HIITS exercises. Capped it off with some weightlifting and cycling for the bricks. No swimming today, to give it a rest. We later hit the Globe & Laurel Restaurant for some prime rib and great dessert! The owner of the restaurant is a former US Marine, so he caters to the military and law enforcement customers, displaying many LE patches, coins, & other nostalgia. Tomorrow is the DC trip to the US Capitol building and a tour of the Pentagon. Looking forward to it!
