Wednesday. PT day! The Lion’s Leap 5k was today. Finished in 35 minutes, BUT a former colleague who inspired me by staying with those who were injured or had a difficult time making the finish line (also an excuse for me to walk lol!) Nah, but seriously, was genuinely concerned for my classmates and stood by them. Not really a race, so it’s all good. Got some time to sneak in additional exercise toward the bricks too. We later went to the USMC National Museum nearby. Great stuff!
