We had a very emotional and riveting lecture from Lieutenant Eric Murray from the Sandy Hook incident. Honestly, I teared up for the victims of Sandy Hook Elementary, during the presentation. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the audience.
On a lighter note, going to try for the cycling brick, as well as the weightlifting brick. There was apparently a laundry brick in the past (I’ve done laundry daily because I’m clean like that lol) & I’d probably win that brick, but it’s all up to the class or a person to initiate it. I’ll pass with that one. I’ve spearheaded the weightlifting brick for our session. So far, there’s six of us going for it. Day one, first workout is in the books! & one load of laundry! Lol!
